1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the Mazhali platform (“Service”), the school or individual (“you”) agrees to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Mazhali provides a school management platform for kindergartens and pre-schools, including attendance tracking, daily reports, parent communication, a class feed, announcements, and a calendar.

3. Accounts and access

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must not share login credentials or allow unauthorised access.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Upload harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the Service
  • Use the Service in a way that harms children or violates their privacy

5. Data and privacy

Your use of data through Mazhali is governed by our Privacy Policy. As the school, you are responsible for obtaining consent from parents and guardians before entering children’s data into the platform.

6. Subscription and payment

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected.
  • Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and subject to applicable taxes.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.
  • Refund terms will be specified in your subscription agreement.

7. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We will communicate planned maintenance in advance where possible.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription with notice as specified in the subscription agreement. On termination, you may request an export of your data before it is deleted.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Mazhali’s liability is limited to the amounts paid by you in the three months preceding a claim.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
