If your school has enabled it, you can see your child’s weekly class timetable right in the app: what happens on each day of the week, and at what time.
Where to find it
Open the menu and tap Timetable.
The timetable belongs to the class your active child is in. If you have more than one child in the school, switch the active child first — the timetable follows that selection.

Reading the week
You’ll see Monday through Sunday, with each activity shown as a coloured block at its start time — “Circle Time”, “Snack”, “Outdoor Play”, whatever your school has set up. The colours are just there to make the week easy to scan.
On a phone, days scroll sideways — swipe left and right to move through the week.
On a tablet or computer, you see all seven days side by side.
Some blocks carry a short note from the teacher, like “bring water bottle” or “swimming — Hall B”. Those are worth a glance the evening before.
Weekend columns appear even if your school doesn’t run on weekends — they’ll simply be empty.
Looking at other weeks
Use Previous week and Next week to move around, and Today to jump back to the current week.
Each week is set up separately by the school, so a festival week or an exam week can look completely different from a normal one. Past weeks are kept, so you can look back at what a day held.
Next week may be empty until the school fills it in — that’s normal, not an error.
Your view is read-only
You can see the timetable; you can’t change it. Blocks are placed by your child’s teacher or a school admin.
Timetables can also change during the week — a teacher may move things around — and no notification is sent when that happens. If a specific day matters to you, it’s worth checking the app that morning rather than relying on what you saw last week.
When there’s no timetable
The Timetable menu item is switched on per class by your school. If you can’t see it, this class hasn’t enabled it — and if you open a link to it anyway you’ll see “This class’s timetable isn’t available.”
That’s a school setting, not a problem with your account. Ask your school if you’d like it turned on for your child’s class.
Timetable vs. Calendar
Two different things, easy to mix up:
- Timetable — the normal rhythm of the class week: activities and their times.
- Calendar — dated school-wide events: holidays, sports day, parent-teacher meetings.
Check the timetable for “what does Tuesday look like”; check the calendar for “is the school open on the 14th”.
